调用上传类目资质接口：/shop/audit/audit_category 时报错：level3错误，该类目无法在scene_group_list对应的场景下使用，目前看只有奶粉类目存在这个问题，其他类目可以提交成功。请问这个需要怎么调整接口才能继续使用？
