扫码打开总是绕过home直接跳转到tabbar的第一个页面，为什么？

我在app.json中配置的启动页面是home。但是第一次扫码打开的时候会直接跳转到tabbar的第一个页面。再一次扫码没问题。但是如果删除小程序，重新扫码打开依然是跳过home页面直接打开tabbar的第一个页面。这个问题在开发环境中又没有办法调试。配置文件app.json如下。
