/qrcode/create接口出现请求超时错误

这个接口https://api.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/qrcode/create在2022-05-20 10：10至2022-05-20 10：30期间频繁出现Read time out的错误。

错误信息如下：org.springframework.web.client.ResourceAccessException: I/O error on POST request for "https://api.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/qrcode/create": Read timed out; nested exception is java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out，别的时间段都是正常的
